  Item arrived in excellent condition, and as described. I had amazing communication with the seller. They were great in responding back, every time I emailed them. The bunny I purchased, was packaged very beautifully. I appreciated how the seller took extreme care, in wrapping it, and made it very personal for me. The price was right, and the shipping too.   Beautiful & elegant bear couple! Seller does a great job posing the bears for their pictures when listing—-taking extra care to show how good they look. Great communication and customer service.   She had lil Jim in the post the next morning and she let me know. He was easy to track. Jim is in perfect shape and came wrapped with care. The seller communicating with us right away was so helpful as we tried to order Jim before from someone else and it didn’t ship. We would order from this seller again in a heartbeat!
