  The seller dishonestly misrepresented the item for sale. The seller sent me an item that was damaged and it wasn’t from shipping cause the box it was sent in was near perfect. I reached out to the seller asking for a return which they refused so I had to get eBay involved. After eBay approved the claim for the return I sent the item back immediately. The seller then held on to my funds for as long as they possibly could, so I had to get eBay involved again. Dishonest, horrible customer service

  Although the unit was DOA the seller was great to work with trying to diagnose the problem and ultimately setting things up for a return under eBay's money back guarantee policy. I would give 6 stars for seller communication if I could :)

  Unfortunately this purchase was unable to be completed, but the seller was great about communicating issues concerning this purchase, and offered assistance in the possible alternatives in continuing and/or canceling the order. Techy-Stuff very helpful and professional. Thanks.
