I contacted the seller, and they promptly offered either a return or a partial refund. I chose the refund, and it was issued the next day.   I have purchased from this seller on several occasions and have always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the equipment I purchased had a problem with a USB port that did not work and that was not mentioned in the description. I contacted the seller to discuss the problem and they gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. Without a doubt, a very responsible store, fully recommended.

  Seller accidentally sent the wrong product initially (a lot of 600GB vs lot of 1.2 TB Drives). I contacted them and they apologized and sent a new set with a return label for the other product. Shipping was completed both times the same day, all drives were working upon arrival with no visible physical deformities, otherwise as described. Out of the lot of 10, non arrived DOA. All registered with good SMART readings on my RAID Controller. Great value for the price. Would buy from again.
