  What i received was not the product I had ordered. I emailed seller about the error and after sending them a picture of what I received they immediately sent the correct item. I was impressed with the quick response, would buy from them again.

  I believe the seller is a thief and is trying to commit some sort of scam. I bought toner and paid immediately. The DHL tracking number provided to me shows that a package was delivered to an address over 1,000 miles away from me and to a completely different person. I wrote to the seller twice. I have not gotten a response and have not gotten a refund. I just elevated this to the ebay people and hope that they can help. I'll never do business with this seller again.

  Item as described and shipped quickly. eBay app said DHL was delivering but it was USPS and they didn't. I had to track it down and go pick it up, not sellers fault. I would buy from this seller again but maybe use different delivery carrier??
