  This was the first of 2 examples I purchased from this seller. Item arrived quickly (concurrently w/ the 2nd purchase, in fact), extraordinarily well packaged, and *precisely* as pictured. However, I did have an issue with the card, that the image(s) could not fully disclose. The seller was responsive to my communication(s), and promptly made the situation right without any fuss.   Great communication, fantastic packing job, arrived overnight, however, item clearly not tested and was not working upon receipt (desoldering iron was 100% plugged and pump made noise but zero vacuum even after unplugging iron). Seller offered I send back for refund or keep and take 50% refund which I felt was fair so I'll try to repair myself. Giving positive feedback since made good on the problem, although still concerning that text stated, "Item has been fully tested and works perfectly."

  Arrived in great shape and works perfectly. The description was misleading. The item I wanted and bought was "Drive Copy ® 4.0 ", but the item was described as "Drive Image ® 4.0 ". Shipping costs are pretty high, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and just accept it.
