  Good: The quality is decent for the price, and you get what you pay for. The Packing was excellent, very well protected. Also these people are very communicative and provide good customer service. Improvable: Although some parts could be made stronger, such as the hook for locking the door. Overall I would buy it again without any hesitation. PS. Delivered to the UK on the 30/06/2025, I didn't have to pay extra tax or anything related to "customs".

  This Item was exactly as expected, The description and photos were spot on. The sellers communication was good. The stove is now plumbed in and working without problems. I have not dealt with this seller before, but would do so again. Tracking it across Europe was interesting, but it arrived two days earlier than expected. Yes, I had to pay import VAT, but that was expected, from the listing details. Great product, Great seller. 5*

  Fantastic transaction! I bought this on behalf of a friend who doesn't do the internet, for installing in his shepherd's hut. It took only 9 days to travel from Bulgaria to England.   Item came as promised quick delivery. Still in it's packing until required. Waiting for invoice from tnt/FedEx to come so all is sorted. I have been in contact and told invoice will be sent. Happy with purchase there invoice was attached to pallet. Seem like a good company to purchase from.happy with them.

  Excellent seller with really fast replies to any queries. The Burner was shipped within 2 days of ordering and was here within a week. The packaging was fantastic, packed safely and securely in it's own pallet crate. We didn't have to pay any import duties but were expecting to but it would have only been about £50 anyway. If you want a really good burner from an excellent seller, look no further than here. I will buy from them again.
