  The printer did not have Duplex printing. I spent too much time looking at Specifications of many Printers and then ordered the wrong one. This company were fabulous and said I could send the printer back for a refund. They also recommended a printer they had in stock with duplex facility. The one I bought in error was sent back and I have received the refund back into my account. An excellent all round company to deal with. The speed of delivery was great and Ive ordered the recommended one.

  Item is still sealed, as new.. I have not opened it. I do wish you would have put this in a shipping box, not an envelope. It got a little smashed in shipment, so doesn't exactly look like "mint" now. Otherwise. nice transaction.
