  The condition was exactly as described (box opened to confirm parts were there). Parts were in original packaging. Battery charged and vacuum worked as expected. Item shipped day after ordering (order placed in evening, so expected). After comparison shopping for a few months, this was a very fair price and more affordable than other brands’ used models.

  The item arrived as described. The packaging was not the best to ensure the package did not get damaged(plastic baggie)... luckily the post office didn't cause any damage while it was in their hands, which is a bit of a miracle, being as I think they play soccer with most packages
