  The item arrived almost as described, it used the older box not the new design as shown in the itel picture, but it was well packaged and seemed new. Communication was okay, the seller replied quickly to my first concern but then I had a question regarding shipping that went unanswered... That said the item arrived as I had hoped it would. Overall a good experience, thanks!

  Will not buy from again. Item listed as new in box. Arrived in retaped box with a broken remote control that was duct taped. They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!

  Item was perfectly as described. Shipped in original packaging with almost all genuine Samsung replacement parts or at the very least an equatable quality. THE SHIPPING THOUGH... Immaculate. Ive lost two monitors to the postal service now and this puppy came wrapped up like fort Knox. 110% will be purchasing from my new favorite refurbisher soon. Also you can NOT beat these prices at this quality.

  My package has been lost and I was given a snarky response about how this isn't their fault and then nothing since. I just want a refund so that I can get my granddaughter her gift. They should be the ones who have to deal with the shipping company and retrieve the item. Customer service is lost
