  Shipping damaged a line we replaced it the line. I asked for the cost of the line to be reimbursed and it was. I'd definitely purchase from this seller again. Great service awesome prices. Thank you again techme17! Five star service for sure!!!!!!

  Extremely difficult to communicate with; part was paid for and sent to me, then turned back at the border, I was reimbursed and did not receive the part. Company requested a positive review. I explained I have nothing good to say, after several emails and over two weeks I was told they could get me the part but at a higher price than I had originally paid. Not interested in dealing with this company and will not be recommending them.

  This Provider made my Delivery sooner than Shown due to a schedule conflict I had at No Extra Expense. My Order is Packaged well with foam pieces and bubble wrapped. It will be a while before this is installed as it is a ongoing project.

  Well i received the rope and its NOT NYLON as advertised. It is polyester which is no where the quality of nylon. I will not be buying from this seller again.

  Item as described, fit well and works fine. Great replacement for my machine. Unfortunately USPS shipped it all over and cost me 4 weeks of time.
