  I used the Jaguar X300 series XJ6/XJ12 shop manual on USB stick for the first time today. Works perfectly, exactly as described.   The manual on CD arrived promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition (new!). It didn t cover a few points that were specific to my car, which I queried with the seller. They engaged immediately and were very helpful indeed, even trying to find a different version that would help me out. This wasn t possible, so the seller has offered a full refund. Really can t fault the interaction here.
