  These were used, older devices. I get that. One of the devices has a bad LAN port 1, and I reached out to the seller. They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues. Great price, great, fast service, and they stand behind their products. I highly recommend them.

  Works Well & Great Seller Support This Cisco Catalyst 9300 functions properly but arrived with deep scratches on top and visible dents on the front, which weren’t clearly mentioned. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally. Their prompt support made a big difference. ⭐ Final Verdict: 4/5 – Functional unit with some wear, but excellent customer service. Would buy from this seller again.

  Seller was super responsive and shipped the item within hours of my order. Unfortunately FedEx lost the package (not the seller’s fault) and the seller was quick to check for a replacement and offered to ship it next-day air for free.
