Item got caught up in transit with USPS for several days but seller was responsive when informed that I hadn't received the package. Eventually item was delivered and in good condition when arrived. A photo of the item was provided showing a slightly crumpled box but item was described as "new and undamaged." While the doll itself was MIB the box was not in "new" condition. Not an issue for me but collectors may have had an issue with description of item.
