Unfortunately, the item was lost by USPS for a week so that cast a cloud over the otherwise sunny transaction. It may have been due to seller carelessness - the shipping label was taped over the barcode (USPS says don't do that) and it had creases in it that distorted the barcode. In the end, the deal prevailed and the customer was satisfied. Thank you.

Packaging was secure with massive amount of bobble wrap. I added my own keyboard and mouse. No fault of seller it didn’t come with keyboard and mouse.

But the seller showed their true colors. Despite responding that they would accept a return, they proceeded to go radio silent and force eBay to accept the return. Absolutely terrible seller, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Zero care with shipping a CPU, no case, one layer wrap, no box, just tossed in a bag. Dishonest communication. Awful experience.
