  Seller worked with me as there was a mix up with the one I ordered but the manager called and ended up sending me a much better condition (looks new) for the same price (they where selling it for more) and it was delivered overnight! So worth the price being near perfect condition for 200 less than new! 100 percent would work with this seller again they where great and the items where well packed and exactly what I wanted! Best seller I’ve worked with and definitely would work with them again!

  Received the item from the auction (Wheeler Mag Well Vise mount) packed well and exactly as described and in original packaging. Seller did a great job. Problem was with UPS dropping it at the wrong address and it was resolved by good neighbors bringing it to me.

  Unfortunately, after seller sold item , they discovered it had already been shipped to another customer, so made positive efforts to notify and refund my account back for purchase within minutes. Great seller with positive information and effort to update me.

  Item received was as described. I sort of expected the sawblade and chain to have a scabbard covering it, but in all honesty, there was not one in the pictures. Shipping was a bit slow, but once it started, it was prompt and overall the item was received within the expected time. The saw works well as a trim saw or wood saw, but would not be good as a timber saw. The sellers communications were good and the package was well wrapped. The item arrived in good, usable condition. Seller recommended.
