  Kind and efficient seller, provided prompt responses and replies. After confirming the order, the item was sent to me right away. The item arrived speedily despite travelling 8000+ miles, it was professionally packed and the item look much more beautiful than the photos shown in Ebay. Thank you very much!!   Really disappointed as others have left this company fabulous reviews, however this was not what happened for me. Took them 10 days to dispatch, the excuse being "due to insurances" and then they admitted they didn't even have it and had to "book someone" to collect it. Awful communication. asked if it had been sent I was given a tracking number, but it wasnt sent for a further 4 days. NOT VS DIAMONDS, I'm told possibly a super clone due to sapphire not being real and weight being off.

  Very good seller, spoke on the phone to answer a few questions. Ordered around 3pm and arrived before 1pm next day. Great condition. Would definitely buy again.

  The item is rated 5. Looks even better than the photos and is in excellent condition as described. The seller is very responsive and item posted quickly and received much earlier than expected. Only reason for one less star is that diamonds discribed as natural and VS however no proof provided as seller said too expensive to provide the paperwork for these. Only had the item for a few days so unable to comment on aftercare or warranty.

  Fast efficient friendly service with great communication. Placed my order on Wednesday, watch was resized to my specification and dispatched on Thursday and arrived on Friday. Watch exactly as described. Would definitely recommend.
