  Came Late & Packaged well with fragile sticker. Looked like this got lost. Seller worked with be & sent a message to Post office . They found it and sent it on its way to me. I greatly appreciate the efforts & cooperation of seller!!

Luckily the various post office workers who handled this package heeded the FRAGILE label and the DVD arrived undamaged (though usually it's pointless to stick those labels on anything headed to Chicago).   The item was shipped very quickly and arrived in the condition stated. It was brand new, factory sealed, and the disc works perfectly! Communication with the seller was also really quick and effective. I had a problem with the shipping (no fault to the seller, it's more USPS' problem) and when talking to the seller, he gave me a tip on how to handle as he had a similar situation himself. So after I've done what he said, I was able to get the item the next day. Great item from a great seller!
