  Simply the best. I've been using eBay for over two decades, but I can't find a comparable vendor. The product was delivered BEFORE the advertised timeframe with expedited shipping. The product was of high quality and in mint condition, well-packaged. The communication with the vendor was excellent: they answer in minutes instead of hours or days. So, for any IT or server needs they are my go-to eBay vendor. Wholerheartedly recommended, a very good value for money.

  Have purchased multiple servers from TBC IT Depot over several years and always a great experience! Excellent communication, quality product in excellent condition, good price and very well packed. Shipping often takes a few weeks, but the products are 100%! I always use TBC IT Depot for all of my refurbished server purchases.

  The server I purchased is as described. The company representative is very friendly and a pleasure to contact with quick response. They are very quick at shipping and the product arrived on the next business day. They decided to ship the product using a Courrier instead of Canada Post. Absolutely will purchase from them again.

  Very impressed with communications and helpfulness of this seller. The item was as described and post-purchase the seller has continued to be extremely helpful - so much that I went back and purchased a second unit! Packaging was good and protected the item - the outer box had oil on it (most likely from the delivery truck), but not on the purchased item. Highly recommended seller!

  This server was listed at a more affordable price then competitors. Also when shipping they personally delivered across the Greater Toronto Area when other shipping options where not available and bundled extra HDDs as a gift. They also kept constant communications when needed. They did great, thank you!
