  1. The seller listed the shipping service as FedEx with no tracking 2. I received an 8 inch version. I assume seller is reselling from Amazon without an inventory. 3. I purchased in good faith an item, seller shipped a different item without notifying me they were going to substitute. Under contract law, I should either get the right item or money necessary to replace. I got a refund. 4. My substitute will arrive after Christmas.

  The item shipped with no tracking, which means it never shipped. Bought for Christmas present and it never arrived. Contacted the seller after 2 weeks and was refunded instead of responded to. I wanted this item as it is sold out on Amazon. Instead I wasted my time with this seller.
