  The process was quick and the models arrived exactly as depicted! I strongly recommend this seller. The price was fair and the packaging was well designed but not too much tape so you could still get into the product without breaking the model. Overall very happy with the experience. If you are looking for warhammer models this is. A great place to shop!

  Securely packed and arrived in excellent condition. Quality, value, and appearance all good. My lone issue was with this seller. The eBay post for this item clearly stated it would be shipped by FedEx Ground, but instead it was send via USPS, which is completely unreliable in my area. Customer service was rude when contacted about the issue. I will avoid this seller because I don't know if the information they post for an item is accurate.

  We always offer free shipping for most items which means we ship the most cost efficient & fastest method for our customers. Since shipping costs are not known until purchase has been made we cannot guarantee any specific vendor, but ebay makes us select something when we list an item for sale. This customer received his item with no issues within 3 days of his purchase. We simply reminded him that he didn't pay for shipping so when margins are thin we cannot accommodate every demand.

  The game came in perfect condition; sealed and responsibly packed. Seller offered probably the best price for the item, plus free shipping (arrived 3 days late, but thats a fedex issue). Satisfied with the item; would’ve appreciated fedex putting some pep in their step, lol.
