I immediately contacted the seller. The seller was very prompt with a reply. After a couple communications, we agreed to a fair reparation. I'd give this seller five stars.

Seller noticed that there was an issue with shipper, package was stuck at hub or lost. Offered and sent a replacement. Shipping was fast, the second time and communication has been great. I was assured that I would not be charged if original package was to show up. Customer satisfaction is what they strive for and I couldn't be happier.

I contacted the company and spoke with a very friendly and helpful employee, while it took a while I finally received said piece, it had to be shipped all the way from China. I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service, it's a rare thing to be actually listened to and helped these days, and I commend them for it.
