  Excellent customer service from start to finish and a beautiful rug! The colours are true to the photos and the quality is top notch. Ordered Tuesday morning and the parcel was delivered to Brighton UK on Friday morning, securely packaged and no customs charge. Am delighted with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

  Large Kilim Carpet 6' x 10' purchased on 16 Jun 25. Delivered from Turkey to Portsmouth , England on 24 Jun 25 by FedEx. Seller quickly gave Tracking number but the InApp tracking package was useless. Following contact with seller copied the tracking number into the Fed-EX webpage and hey presto saw that it was already in the UK. Cleared customs hub and delivered all within 8 Days. No customs to be paid, delivered well wrapped in sturdy poly sacking. Great colours great condition.
