  Canceled this order because I ordered the wrong one. The seller approved the cancelation. This was on a holiday weekend. The seller responded promptly holiday or not. Somehow the package shipped anyway. Contacted the seller to see what happened. The ebay system didn't get the order canceled quick enough. I was prepared to take the loss because my mistake caused all this. The seller told me to keep the item and all was good. Unbelievable customer service. Very fast shipping also.

  This is one of the best sellers I have delt with on ebay purchased a item wrong one sent ,message to seller and less than 20 minutes I got reply saying new item sent great seller..quality very nice,condition was excellant value can't beat it..appearance very nice. Deffently buy from them again. Totally satisfied with this purchase..

  Ordered 3 patches but only got one. I contacted the seller to let them know but was reassured I only ordered one even though I sent a screenshot showing that I ordered 3. So I just put in a cancelation request thinking the seller would see the other 2. They sent me a message saying they found the other 2 and asked if I still wanted to cancel. I was at work so wasn't able to respond quick enough and they just canceled the other 2. Im happy with the one I got but not happy about anything else.
