  Second time using "TapMagician" & another amazing service. I messaged seller, beforehand, to "double check" that I'd selected the correct items, from their e-bay shop. Prompt & friendly replies / comminications, from Naomi. Great customer service. Purchased on Sun, despatched on Mon & received, well packaged, on Tue. Both Tap Cartridge Valves fitted, within a few minutes. Simple job & cured our Franke Danube tap dripping immediately ! Thanks Naomi & "TapMagician" team. 5/5* & highly recomended.

  Incorrect part ordered, due to multitude of variations available. Seller picked up on this very quickly and offered to help find the correct replacement. After some communications, seller was able to advise what item no. I needed, so all was sorted quickly. Excellent service all round. Very Happy 😊

  Very good service. I sent a question mid day Wednesday and got a reply soon after. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday. An easy 5 mins job to fit half the price of a new tap and saved groveling under the sink.

  Not what I ordered. Ordered two completely different cartridges one at £9.99 and one at £14.99 from drop down menus. Received two exactly the same cartridges. Both cartridges were exactly the same as £5.99 for two cartridges from China. Exactly the same. After contacting to complain I was assured they were not the same.... THEY WERE THE SAME. Buy the cheap ones and miss out these charlatans.

  The parts were as ordered and the quality looked to be very good. They were delivered (well packed) very quickly. Unfortunately I had ordered parts for the wrong tap, but their customer support was excellent and I was able to return the items for a refund.
