  The item I received was exactly as it appeared the listing's picture. The condition ("New") & description matched that which was posted. Reasonable price— comparable to other similar items. Quality of the item was as-expected, per listing's description. Shipping time & date of delivery were well-within the estimate given, at time of purchase.   Quality item, fast shipment, satsifaction with the purchase. Highly recommended seller! ONE NOTE: I had to pay the import tax 5 € at the post office plus administration fee 3 € (TOTAL 8 €), which I do not understand. According to the eBay bill I have paid VAT 5 € already at the moment of purchase....This is not OK in my view.

  Hello. I just checked this question. We found that we did not fill in the tax number of the IOSS that you have already paid for when we shipped the goods. So it means you need to pay additional tariffs. We have decided to refund the additional costs you paid.
