  Seller communicated with me about the mix up and as soon as they were alerted about the problem I was informed. Although the item didn’t make it to me as stated I was satisfied with the communication & hope that the item finds its way to my little girl with the same name as the Squishmellow. Great seller . Appears to be a quick shipper. Seller saved for any future purchases.

  This is good quality stuff. I love it better than all the other brands it was in a brand new box. Great condition. The value was a good deal and the appearance was exactly as described. I would order from this seller again. In fact I plan to order some more next week and I give them two thumbs up. I would also like to add that I ordered nine different things on the same day. And everything else has not even been shipped yet and this arrived this morning. It was extremely fast.

  Ware war gut verpackt und ist unbeschädigt angekommen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, wenn eine Bestellung über so viele Stationen gelaufen ist. Dass die Sendung lange still lag, ist wohl Folge der Zollformalitäten. Der Verkäufer hat prompt an das Versandzentrum geliefert, seine Kommunikation war auch schnell. Bei DHL funktionierte die Sendungsverfolgung nur für die USA. In Deutschland war lange unklar, ob es weitergeht. Eine Mitteilung von DHL-Deuschland zum Zwischenstand hätte beruhigt.

  This item was sold at a good price and was delivered promptly. However, it had leaked a little in the box. I asked the seller for a discount (not a refund - it was just a small leak), and the seller never even replied to me. That makes it hard for me to recommend this seller and this product. However, the price was still good for what we got.
