  Shoes came as described. It did say new in box, but the box had the top ripped off. I wouldn`t consider that " new in box " ....partial box.

  The shoes i received was used and the seller sold it as new in the list it have pet hair inside it and the heel was dirty , i contacted him for return he ignored me not even a message till ebay solve this issue and approve the return , Thank you ebay
