  Seller reached out to me and thanked me for the purchase, letting me know that I could contact him if there were any problems. As it turn out, while the item shipped promptly, there was a delay and the tracking didn't explain why or where the package was. So I took seller up on his offer and asked him to look into it. He replied that he would. I received the item shortly after that. It's holiday time and I notice that usps has been notably slow but dealing with this seller was a pleasure.
