  Well packed, to protect from the elements of winter. Good communication with seller. Package took a left turn, USPS took it all over before it actually made it to me 19 days later. 5 star seller, USPS gets 0 stars. You can see, I really needed those strings!

  The service was great. This didn't arrive for well over a month, but it wasn't the vendor's fault, it was the US Mail. After a month, I reported that it hadn't arrived. The vendor promptly refunded the purchase price. Weeks later the product arrived. I haven't tried out this product yet because I had surgery, but the brand is well thought of. The condition was excellent, and the price was right.

  My strings came packaged neatly, and this seller was very friendly and professional. The shipping was prompt, and they were quick to respond to any issue I had. Love my strings and would highly recommend this seller.

  I trust the seller, i never recieved the item though due to USPS mistakes. I trust they are legit though. They Responded very quickly and offered to send another one. I Suggest Next Time Not Using USPS, even though they are the cheapest. 👍

  Great product! However, it was packaged wrong. It was shipped in a soft bubble lined yellow envelope, and the bottle of oil was wrapped and sealed in a ziploc, which prevented leaking, but it leaked all over inside ziploc, a mess to clean. A bottle of any kind of liquid should never be shipped in a soft envelope, its a no brainer. Good price on a good product and fast shipping. Thanks!
