  The seller never shipped the item. I contacted them three times and so did eBay and they never responded. The seller doesn’t participate in EBay protection program so it looks like I won’t be getting a refund for the order I never received and am just out the money. The seller has decent reviews so I thought I’d be safe. I guess not.

  Waited over a week after purchasing an item with no updates and had to message the seller for him to finally decide to send my product. Very poor customer service. Ignored numerous messages. Would strongly advise purchasing from a seller that cares more about their customers. Especially considering I paid more for an item to be arrived earlier and it was shipped days after it was suppose to arrive at my house.

  I did contact seller after not receiving item day 9 from order date. They just told me today that they moved and misplaced the order and will let me know in a few hours if they find it.doesnt look good and message was one sentence each for a total of 5 and name on message doesn't match name on ebay site. Seems sketchy.why didn't they reach out to me before I contacted them.
