  Item shipped very fast and item exactly as described. Accidentally ordered the wrong product, but rather than go through the trouble of shipping it back, seller offered to refund half the cost and let me keep the item...works for me and thank you! Now I will purchase a 4 to 3 prong from this seller if it is available.

  Seller sent wrong item; wanted to charge me half price; I asked for a return shipping label so I could return item, he said he couldn't print a return label; wouldn't ship proper item and wanted me to pay for return shipping when it was his mistake. Sorry about negative feedback, but I tried.

  The handles arrived quickly, were well packaged and were complete with hardware, as described. I look forward to purchasing from this seller again and can highly recommend them to you. Please note - the screws provided with the handles are not black - if you're going for that blacked out look.
