  As described, but shipping with Fedex was the worst! Shipped 12/23, delivered 01/12, the item stayed at one location days on days on days. It quickly arrived to a facility that was 20 minutes away, then went to another facility an hour away, then shipped to a facility even further/over an hour away, before being shipped to a facility 30 minutes away. Two days, 1/10 and 1/11 were snow days, but still, took way too long. Seller communicated when I messaged her, she even inquired w/FedEx

  Seller responded immediately when sent a question about my delivered pans. There was a small chip in one of the 2 pans I purchased from him. Offered me a 50% refund and said I could keep both pans. I agreed and had my refund in less than 5 minutes! Awesome seller, highly recommend. All sellers should be this good at communication and problem solving! Thank you!

  The item was received as ordered. The seller added extra packing to the order and all items made the trek unharmed. I had a small issue that was immediately addressed satisfactorily by the seller and I am very please with the transaction.
