  AVOID this seller at all costs. WRONG ITEM SENT with NO EXPLANATION and then told to return at my own cost then wait until they receive item only then would I get a refund. I WAS THEN TOLD I'D HAVE TO REORDER THE ITEM I'D ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. Seller couldn't care less, lied to Ebay saying I'd received the item as they have pictures to prove it. BUT the pictures they actually have are of the wrong item they sent.

  It’s a lovely hat and delivery was as stated. I just wish they had put the hat in a box with bubble wrap for more protection rather than just its own carry case.
