  Received in 5 boxes that were well packed and protected. Fan controller unit doesn't power on, but the rack doesn't really need it.

  Trusted seller. Well packed. Product is sturdy and works as expected, cheaper than other place. Ground shipping little slow, but expected for free shipping and considering the weight of the item. Will buy again from this seller. Seller added cage nuts as requested along with product. Quick instruction might have helped, but not big deal. Figured out after some time.

  Good price but item is sketch, purchased 2 rack shelves both came with rack ears bent the wrong way, will they work... sure but likely won't hold the weight advertised. The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again. I get what I paid for, I guess.

  Seller was very reactive to my needs. I made the mistake of selecting the wrong cabinet size after I placed the order, but the seller promptly cancelled my order when I told them of my mistake. Very trustworthy seller.

  Picked up from their store front. Unpacked and assembled, no issues. Everything in excellent condition. Definitely consider shipping vs local pickup; NYC traffic was brutal.

  Great eBay seller! Would definitely do business again! Sorry for the late feedback but unfortunately life kind of got in the way for a bit. This was exactly as described and shipping and customer engagement was almost instantaneous.
