Came with very solid installation instructions, information of how to use it, and even his number if you run into problems (which I did and he quickly resolved).   The floppy disk works as described. Shipped properly for protection. The disk was labeled as shown in description. Happy to pay a reasonable price for the OS. No bents or tampering with the disk itself. The disk looks new and clean on a Verbatim disk. Came with instructions on how to boot from disk and encourages you to make a backup.
