  On the plus side, the item I ordered is very good quality. I have no complaint about that. But it was advertised as a pink pearl, and what I received is white. I messaged the seller a week ago to ask if I can exchange it for the correct item. I’ve been ghosted.

  Good seller, I accidentally ordered the wrong color and they responded very quickly to my request to cancel and reorder. The item is taller in-person when closed than what I expected in the photos, but it looks super cute open.
