  Items were never delivered; Replies were slow on where items were. I will give them that they did return the money. so, I was grateful for that. But was not happy that it took 2 months for them with all the back and forth final say they do not have the product in the end in hand.

  this seller gave me a false tracking number, I wait a week later than the promise arrival date to cancel the purchase, hoping the item will arrive. when I ask for the refund, this seller refund me the same day, I suspect he knew the item was not going to be sent since the beginning.

  ordered items on the 6th of the month, tracking info not created until the 15th, it's the 2nd of the next month and I still haven't received the items, shipper says give it a few more days, tracking info shows no movement since the 15th.
