  shipping was fine shopping was fine. The price was fine but I cannot believe that when I got my product it is in a big jumbly tangled mass. It is now 130am and I got it this afternoon and I'm still trying to undo the tangled mess so I can't even enjoy the product because I cannot believe the seller put it in there like this big tangled jumbly mess. This has made my first and only time using Ebay horrible, the seller has made it a very negative aggravating annoying experience for a 1st time user

  Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. The necklace was secure inside the plastic envelope inside layers of bubble wrap surrounded by layers of heavy brown paper packaging. The necklace is in brand new condition as described. It is a very well made piece & of great quality. The value I got for my purchase price is so good. I am thrilled with the necklace & certainly enjoy wearing it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
