  I had such high hopes for this item. The picture that’s on the item for sale (which I purchased) was NOT the item that was sent to me. I tried to communicate with the seller, but I have not heard back nor have I received any type of explanation for the situation at hand. I uploaded a picture of the item onto this feedback so that everyone knows and sees the difference of where my frustrations are.

  I purchased and the seller sent as described, and in a reasonably timely manner, packed acceptably, for a tolerable shipping cost. I don’t recall significant communication from the seller. However, I would still buy from again. Thank you.
