  The boards arrived damaged in transit, even though we'll packed, but the seller quickly sent replacements without any quibbles or questions. They arrived next day and are good quality and value. Would definitely order again

  Sir, Very good service, quick, posted same day, 2 day postage, economical price, what more can you ask for? And it is only self adhesive sealing rope for around the glass on a woodburner door. Very good. Regards, Ian

  Really poor service took twice as long to receive had to chase and when came back it was delivered on that day, really needed the item so bought another, requested return for this and it's going to cost £8 to send back, using only parcel force. The item should cost about £4 - don't recommend seller as questioned this and they are not interested. I bought from another seller after buying this and it arrived in 2 days

  Hi As per our message trail You're free to send the goods back via any courier. Ebay only generate Parcelforce labels which you pay for through your ebay account, but this is not the only way to return goods which was explained to you in our message And we are sorry if ROYAL mail delayed your delivery.
