Only gripe is the delivery service used: the particular RM service only lets you know when the item has been collected but no indication of delivery window. Seller communication is a bit “terse”!

So thankfully another one was sent free of charge, both straps DO NOT look like the image provided. Quality is anyone’s guess. I really needed this desperately - seller is poor at communicating and can be perceived as lax and dismissive in my opinion.
