After a couple of weeks, the item was finally found, and it was well worth the wait. The watch strap is top quality – genuine, well-crafted, and feels truly premium. It’s rare to find a seller so professional, honest, and committed to customer care. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service. Highly recommended, and I’d happily buy again!

    Have bought this brand before. Good quality and I snapped up another when the price dropped. Only gripe is the delivery service used: the particular RM service only lets you know when the item has been collected but no indication of delivery window. Seller communication is a bit “terse”!

    Doesn’t price tracking, so it’s a hit and miss whether you’d receive items. Anyway, first strap sent, there was a clear defect. So thankfully another one was sent free of charge, both straps DO NOT look like the image provided. Quality is anyone’s guess. I really needed this desperately - seller is poor at communicating and can be perceived as lax and dismissive in my opinion.
