  Item came shipped in bag only would have been better to double box with padding especially for what I paid for shipping but it survived shipping from what I can tell. Item is as described and shipped promptly. Overall a positive experience.

  I paid way too much for this fan, that's on me. could have been packaged way better, im just glad the neck didn't break during shipping, the description is far more glamorous than the actual fan, luckily I have a second switch to fix the broken one. I hate AI generated descriptions

  The seller works great with his part of the transaction. The only problem my head was with the shipper. FedEx did not bring it to the door. They left it in the lobby of a building with a lot of traffic.
