  I purchased a pressure washer and upon receiving the item, it was not the same item as described in the listing. The item was a different model than the one described; therefore, I reached out to the seller and they were beyond kind and willing to work with me. The seller made things right in a timely manner (5 minutes!) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the end!   I was sent the wrong items and this seller very promptly resolved the issue. In fact they went above and beyond by allowing me to keep the “wrong” items and they sent not only what I ordered but they “doubled” it! Wow! They also sent me some very nice samples.
