  Ebay's International Shipping was highly confusing, showing the item as delivered, when it was actually only handed over to a Shipping Agent. Good quality item as described, well packaged. I found seller to be exceptionally kind since, mid-transaction there was fraud on my credit card and, instead of just shutting the whole thing down, they were nice enough to wait for me to get my new card so that I could get my item.
