  The item was shipped quickly and packed very well. I was sad to discover damage to the material that was not able to be seen by either the seller or me initially, as the item was packaged in the original packaging. I sent photos and the seller immediately refunded my payment and apologized, though it was not anyone's fault. She was so very nice! I wish all sellers were this kind!
