  Seller printed shipping label immediately, but didn’t ship. Only after I asked to cancel after 10 to 12 days did they ship the package. Never replied to my message. At least item was as described.

  We had several issues with this order (Delayed shipping by printing label on a Monday only to take package to post office on a Friday, then shipped using slower shipping service than stated in listing, taped shipping bag directly to products storage bag making bag unusable, and no response to multiple messages). Disappointing experience to say the least...

  Everything was very well wrapped and packaged. The only issue I have is that the salt and pepper shakers had no stoppers lol. I really love everything I received. One of the canisters had a minor chip but so what. They add much-needed color to my kitchen. I'm very happy with all of it. I didn't really communicate with the seller, so I have no real say, but I'll leave a positive review.
