Oh where do I start, I was going to explain everything very fully but honestly I'm not going to waste my time. And the buyer was comparing for another item which was listed at higher price. I even upgraded to a better unit, but this buyer doesn't understand and ended up not returning item to us. This buyer tried to get at partial refund with a silly excuse and left negative feedback since I rejected.
