  Too many ebay posters that list very expensive items do too little to prove the condition of the items they list. Supreme Drone fits that bill to a 'T'. HOWEVER, ultimately I did get the item working and am satisfied with the drone. In addition, the shipping turnaround was FAST, and they were responsive when I had complaints and questions. I would purchase from this seller again.

  To err is human. Today I received my item in the mail, and for some reason the battery I bought for my drone got mixed up with the old batteries. The charge said 40, not 22 as described on the product I purchased. I was hasty and left a bad review because I thought I received the wrong item. The seller gave me some tips on how to verify if it was in fact the correct item, and the seller was correct. The item I received was exactly as described. Sorry for the confusion.

  Listing claimed “excellent condition” but camera sensor arrived dirty/damaged undisclosed and unacceptable for a $3K gimbal. Seller falsely accused me of causing the damage, claimed microfiber wiping was sufficient (it’s not), and only refunded half the cost of professional cleaning after I requested a full reimbursement. Took no responsibility. Misleading listing, gaslighting behavior, poor accountability. Untrustworthy seller. Avoid at all costs.

  Buyer had repeatedly reached out to me for a discount on the item. I finally gave a discount and he bought the item. As soon as he received it, he sent me photos of the gimbal disassembled, and with a fingerprint on the sensor. I asked he why it as disassembled, and he said so he could connect his setup to it. Buyer got a fingerprint on the lense and constantly messaged me to cover a professional cleaning of sensor. The items I sell are in the condition I list them in.
