    Item as described. Unfortunately Fedex does not have a good service in Greece, but (by coincidence) I was at home when the courier arrived (delivery window was: "today, until 10:00PM". If I missed the delivery, I would be charged for second attempt, with no option to pick up the package by myself. Packaging was great, protecting the item in a safe manner. Overall, great value in my purchase

    Fast shipping and secure packing. Once again this 2nd projector was received in a nonworking condition with the Rubber Drive Belt missing. Considering that the seller avoids replying to mails, I did not contact the seller. However, since I didn't want to return the projector, so I purchased the belt & got the projector working. Nevertheless, IMO, "Supportive Electronic Service" is a good seller. I have purchased earlier from this seller, but this was not as good an experience. A+++

    The item arrived quickly but despite being packaged well for international delivery, had obviously been mishandled by the courier and was significantly damaged. However the seller's willingness to communicate quickly and clearly meant that we soon reached an amicable agreement. I would be very happy to deal with this seller again and recommend them to others. A+
